Bruce, Ember´s archenemy

(So far), description of Bruce.
Bruce, a big bully on steroids who doesn’t conceal his despise for mobians and people who supports them.
In the past, Bruce used to be a great and promising agent of GUN, he was so skilled and effective, that his superiors looked past his obvious racist view on mobians.
One day a new, young, mobian recruit came along, her name was Ember. She wouldn’t tolerate his repression of the other mobian recruits and the humans who was their friends. It resulted in multiple conflicts between the two and in the end a fierce fight, were Ember was victory.
With a broken pride, Bruce left GUN, but swore one way or another he would find a way to defeat Ember, and get his revenge. But no matter how much he trained and how many steroids and hormones he took, he couldn’t match her physical strength.
In the end Bryce took drastic methods in use, in his pursue of ultimate power. A former scientist of GUN was working on a super soldier formula based on Ember´s DNA. Bryce volunteered to be the first human test subject, and soon he too possess great strength and invulnerability, but it came with a price… The formula altered his appearance and he was no longer a human but a hybrid of what he despise most…
Filled with rage, he blames what have happened to him on Ember, who he now hates most of all mobians.

makes you wonder if there are any humans with monkey tails on mobious, we already have overlanders which are supposibly a mutation of humanity it could be possiable that some humans may have grown monkey tails considering how simular human and monkey dna is
